1 General Introduction

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To open an account on bengali, the user must provide true, accurate, and complete information. bengali reserves the right to close at any time any account created with false or misleading information.

Each person may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same person's name, using the same device, or using the same payment method is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, all associated accounts will be closed.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

bengali may at any time — particularly at the time of withdrawal — request documents such as a national identity card, passport, or other documentation to verify a user's identity. Until KYC is completed, withdrawals or certain services may be temporarily suspended.

4 Age and Eligibility

Eligibility to use bengali's services depends on the following conditions:

• The user must be 21 years of age or older.
• The user must be mentally sound and capable of bearing full legal responsibility.
• Online gaming in the country or region from which the user is accessing the service falls under the user's own legal responsibility.
• bengali account ownership is non-transferable; providing an account for use by a third party is prohibited.

5 Account Management

5.1 Login and Security

The user must keep their account password and login details completely confidential. Sharing this information with anyone else is prohibited. The user is solely responsible for all activity carried out from their own account.

If a user suspects that their account has been accessed without authorisation, they must immediately notify the bengali support team. bengali will not be responsible for any loss resulting from a user's failure to secure their account.

5.2 Updating Account Information

If a user's personal information (mobile number, email) changes, it must be updated in the account. Any problems arising from outdated or incorrect information will be the responsibility of the user concerned.

5.3 Account Inactivity

If there is no login or transaction for 12 consecutive months, the account may be marked as inactive. bengali will notify the member about the balance in an inactive account through their registered contact details.

6 Deposits and Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on bengali is ৳200. Accepted payment methods are bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.

Users must make deposits only using a payment method registered in their own name. Deposits made using a third party's account may be cancelled and the associated account may be subject to investigation.

6.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal methods are the same — bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Processing typically takes between 15 minutes and 2 hours.

Before requesting a withdrawal, ensure that the account's KYC verification is complete and that any bonus wagering requirements have been met. If the conditions are not fulfilled, the withdrawal request may be kept on hold.

6.3 Account Balance Currency

All transactions on bengali are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Transactions in any foreign currency are not accepted.

7 Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. A minimum deposit of ৳200 is required to receive this bonus. The bonus amount must be wagered 10 times before it can be withdrawn.

Example: Depositing ৳1,000 will add ৳1,200 in bonus, making the balance ৳2,200. To withdraw this bonus, a wager of ৳1,200 × 10 = ৳12,000 must be completed.

7.2 Other Promotions

bengali offers various promotions from time to time, such as the bengali Weekly Deposit Festival (50% bonus, up to ৳10,000, wagering 15x), the Friday Special Reload (40% bonus, up to ৳6,000, wagering 10x), and the bengali Cricket Season Bonus (30% bonus, up to ৳8,000, wagering 12x).

7.3 Bonus Usage Conditions

• Each bonus offer has its own wagering requirement; these are stated in the details of the relevant offer.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they become eligible for withdrawal only after the required wagering amount has been completed.
• A user may not claim the same promotion more than once (unless the specific terms state otherwise).
• bengali reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
• If multiple bonuses are active at the same time, bengali's applicable rules will apply.

8 Betting Rules

8.1 Bet Acceptance

bengali accepts bets on sports betting and casino games. Each bet is governed by specific rules. Once a bet is submitted and confirmed by the system, it is considered final.

8.2 Incorrect Odds

If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, bengali reserves the right to cancel those bets. In such situations, the originally deposited stake will be returned.

8.3 Bet Cancellation

If an event is cancelled or postponed indefinitely, the stake for the relevant bet will be returned. In the case of a match tie or no result, settlement will be made according to bengali's applicable rules.

8.4 Casino Game Rules

The rules of live casino, slots, and other games are governed by the rules of the relevant game provider (Evolution, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, and others). If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a technical issue, the bengali support team must be contacted.

9 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using false or forged information in an account.
• Operating multiple accounts under the same person's name.
• Placing coordinated bets with the intent to fraudulently obtain bonus benefits (Bonus Abuse).
• Placing bets using software bots or automated systems.
• Attempting to access another user's account or hacking.
• Any activity related to money laundering or illegal funds.
• Exploiting vulnerabilities in bengali's systems or software.
• Behaving in an abusive or threatening manner towards bengali staff.

10 Account Closure

10.1 Closure at the User's Initiative

Any user may apply to voluntarily close their account at any time. The existing balance should be withdrawn before the account is closed. In the case of voluntary closure, bonus funds will be cancelled if all wagering requirements have not been met.

10.2 Closure by bengali

bengali reserves the right to investigate or close any account for reasons of terms violation, suspicious activity, or security concerns. In such cases, the user will be notified by email.

10.3 Self-Exclusion

11 Limitation of Liability

bengali provides this platform on an "as-is" basis. bengali is not liable for the following:

• Loss of bets due to internet connection failure.
• Technical problems caused by third parties.
• Damage to an account due to the user's own negligence.
